Nearly sixty years ago, when the Midori Region was in the beginning stages of development into the region it is now, multiple settlers decided to brave the Midori Jungle and build a city inside of it. However, every time they managed to make some progress, wild Pokemon would suddenly swarm the area. There is also an eerie supernatural feeling that permeates the entire area; as a result, the ruins are always treated as though they're under the effects of Psychic Terrain
