This is where those who have work within East Midori report to, whether it's only for a single mission or if they plan on staying there for a while. The East Captain can often be found here, assuming they're not directly taking care of something themselves.

A vast desert that spans a good chunk of the western part of Midori. Even during the day, the desert doesn't get as dangerously hot as one might expect. As long as someone is careful, it's usually safe to cross; if nothing else, having a Water or Ice-type Pokemon hand tends to be pretty helpful in keeping cool. This location is often treated as though it's under the effects of the move Sandstorm.
